Gina needs work. People reach out for help when they need help. She can use some education on meeting people where they are at. I was met with judgement and hostility when my personal health situation changed. Alot of “what ifs” and “should ofs” were brought up. You would think as a women shed meet woman where they are at.I got met with lecturing and treated like a teenager, which is uncalled for.

Met with Nurse Practitioner Gina Valo after my Psychiatrist of 17 years retired. She immediately told me she knew him, had worked with him in the past, & would 'trust him with her life.' She then proceeded to tell me he had diagnosed me wrong and that 4 of my meds were wrong. After only one visit, she knew I was bipolar and she wanted to change my medication regiment. I wasn't comfortable with a nurse practitioner with less than 13 years of experience telling me everything I have known for the last 17 years is wrong after knowing me for an hour and a half. Even if she is right, which I doubt she is, she didn't go about it the right way. She is like a bull in a china shop; absolutely no tact! I do not recommend her or this practice.
