Office staff stinks)
I've been with Dr Ghith for years and have had no problems. I'd give him a 5. However, the office staff keeps cancelling my friend's appointment and delaying it for months. Don't know if this how they were trained but the staff needs to be retrained or office policies must change. This is unacceptable. She has a serious, rare kidney problem plus cancer (not kidney related). Office staff needs to treat patients with more compassion. I'd give them a 0. Therefore, total score is 3.

Dr. Conrey seems to be OK. It's his staff, that's the problem. All I hear from them is "we will get right on it". Still, NOTHING, been over a month, can't get my script filled because no one will do the paperwork needed by Silver Script, my Rx supplier. Lab order typos. It's unreal.
