Could not pay me to go here

Office staff very rude to everyone not just me. My insurance does not need a referral and they refused to see me because the insurance might deny it. This was my follow up appointment and I didn’t have a referral for the first visit which wasn’t an issue then. The office staff told me that it didn’t matter and that they probably had to write off my last visit because there was no way the insurance would have paid. I had proof my claim was paid by them and they still wouldn’t see me. I will never go back there and I will be telling everyone I know or speak to about dermatology to never go there.
