MEDICAL FACILITY OF LAST RESORT

This is my primary care facilitywith Humana. My appointment on September 22, 2023 was scheduled for 11:00 am, which is the time that I arrived. I checked in and took the one last remaining seat. Obviously this facility schedules ALL patients for the same time and makes them wait. I am an Accountant with my own accounting practice, my time is money. I waited until 12:30 pm. I left the office and Emailed them an invoice for my time. I will admit that the staff is friendly and cordial. However, they need to address their scheduling practices. If you go to this facility pack a meal, you will need it.David Peterson
