Doral location review: This review is not about the drs - but unfortunately a doctor’s staff says a lot about the dr. I took my grandson yesterday for drs appointment and the lady behind the glass, Carmen, was the only thing I encountered. As per Carmen, my appointment never existed, even after my son confirmed twice before I arrived. She asked me who the patient was and before I even said my grandson’s name, she cut me off and told me there was no dr at the office. I proceeded to try and talk with her and she left me talking by myself and went into the back where I could not see her. When I called for her, she rudely yelled at me that she was on the phone. Carmen is the rudest receptionist I have encountered in this city where customer service is a top priority. Carmen should not be a receptionist, nor work with people, and certainly not be the initial contact with the public for your office.
