I give the Drs 5 stars and I'd give the office staff 0 stars of I could. I almost missed 2 procedures because they failed to send the referrals, even though I was told they were sent. My Drs office had to intervene to get them on time. It took multiple calls by me and my Dr. to make them happen. I already have a job, I shouldn't have to do theirs. The staff doesn't even pretend to be helpful or care. I will be looking for a practice that has a team that actually does their job.

I recently underwent surgery with Dr. Mark Eskenazi, and I couldn't be more impressed with the entire experience. From the initial consultation to post-op care, Dr. Eskenazi demonstrated exceptional skill, knowledge, and a compassionate approach that made me feel comfortable and confident throughout the process. The surgery itself went smoothly, and I am already seeing positive results. The office staff was also incredibly helpful and attentive, ensuring that I was well-informed and supported at every step. I am extremely grateful for Dr. Eskenazi's expertise and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of surgery. Truly outstanding care!

MAKE SURE THEY GIVE YOU IN WRITING THEY ACCEPT YOUR INSURANCE- THEY SAY YOU ARE IN NETWORK AND LATER GETS A OUT OF NETWORK-- I WONDER IF THE DOCTORS EVEN KNOW THIS IS HAPPENING!
