Practice

The thing about the staff at this office is that they don't care about the patients. They want you in and out fast and with no fuss to them. They give incorrect orders, wrong name on my wife's orders. Then they expected my wife to bring coffee and something to eat. But, there were no instructions. The worst part is that when my wife became unsteady on her feet no staff helped her stand or walk. No one brought a wheelchair. A man waiting for his test helped my wife out to the waiting area. What's wrong with this staff? Where is their compassion?
