Hubby had cataract surgery in January & March. Each follow up appointment found us waiting for hours. Today we had an appt at 9:00 on 6/15/23. Arrived at office to find no doctors there today. We had received two texts reminding us of the appointment .. one on 5/27/23 and one on 6/13/23. However, am told the appointment is cancelled. Very upset with the office management. Asked to speak to a supervisor and am awaiting a call back. Christa at the front desk became a bit combative with us as we vocalized our frustration. She should not be a front desk person. This company needs an overhaul. Unfortunately my husband started with Dr. Tuong and must finish with him. Me, I'll never go there for myself.

My husband and I went to Central Florida Eye Specialists for years. They have called us to change our appointments multiple times. My husband's last visit was changed three times over the phone prompted by them. We never complained and took the appointment time and date they offered. When he arrived at his appointment he was told he was late. He was there a little bit before the time they told him and he told them that. The receptionist said he would have to reschedule. He said he would not. They changed his appointment 3 times and he was there the time he was told to come. She called back to see if the doctor would see him and they told her no.
