Worst medical group I have ever went to. I had to call in Dec 10 times to ask about blood results. I finally called and got the test results myself. Then I went to my appointment on a Friday to get my prescription refilled. They said the dr was not there to sign for it but they would call it in. I did not receive any response so by Tuesday I called to check on it. They could not tell me if I had to pick it up or when the dr would be able to sign off. I called back to follow up and the rude nurse went off on me. I was in the area and did not want to drive home to have to drive back to get the prescription. She was not sympathetic to my situation but was rude and said it will be ready when it is ready and to not call back they would call me. She actually hung up on me. I have never had a dr schedule an appointment to get a prescription refilled and then it take days to get. Once I get my prescription I will never go back.
