Fusion Chiropractic Spa

After our car accident my husband and I were going to them for therapy. When I started my therapy I made it very clear to Dr. Stone and Janell the office manager that my husband and I were very busy with work but we would make our treatment a priority but what was most important to us was working with Alex the massage therapist. We made it very clear to Fusion that we would not mind rescheduling if Alex was not available, I asked them to just call me before heading there and that would not be a problem. Today we had a 3:00 pm appointment, they made us drive all the way over there, after they made us wait the Dr. came into the room and told us that Alex was not in and that we were not going to get our treatment with the massage therapist. I was so disappointed that they wasted our time to drive over there and that we missed work since we had discussed this issue before. The office manager is rude.
