Clermont Oncology Center

Today was my first visit to Clermont Oncology Center. I was impressed with the office, staff and of course, Dr Kunta. Everyone was friendly, fun and professional. I didn't have to wait long to be seen and the girl drawing blood was so good I didn't feel the needle going in and she didn't even leave a bruise on my arm!A great experience.

genuinely one of the most unprofessional medical offices i’ve ever had the displeasure of having to endure. the doctor could be the best doctor on planet earth and it would not make up for the stress you will face on all other fronts. this office is simply impossible to get in contact with. you will call 30+ times a day and press every extension they have and you will be entirely unable to get in contact with a single person. they also do not respond to emails and do not have a proper website, which is alarming for a medical office in this day and age. not only are you unable to get someone to answer the phone, the number just automatically hangs up after so many rings so you spend all that time waiting for absolutely no reason just to have to try again. for an office that handles such life or death situations, it’s asinine how hard it is to speak to literally anyone. on top of all of that, my first and only appointment was to get lab work done, they immediately sent me home with a she
