Dr. McNeely is extremely outdated and well on her way to retirement (hopefully). My son had an appt after camp and we did not have our masks like this office requires. We stepped inside and immediately asked for a disposable mask. Office staff refused to give us them and told us if we wanted to keep the appt we needed to pay them $1 per mask. I apologized and said I did not have cash and they wanted us to go to the nearby hospital and get free masks and come back. Kathy then said she can’t afford to give out masks. This is pretty laughable on her part considering masks were given out for FREE by the government recently. So, instead of seeing my son to give him an ENT referral she refused. Then her staff (JENNIFER) took it upon herself to take my child’s medical documents and mail them to an address that was not confirmed first. If I wouldn’t have called my child’s medical records would have been mailed to a stranger. Extremely unprofessional.
