I only met Dr. Ashwath at the time of my Colonoscopy, I was promised a phone consultation for updates about lab's and biopsies,still have gotten any news and never had a phone call back. So not impressed.

I went in with a serious life altering issue that had been bothering me for a year. Dr. Ashwath was very thorough and continued to give me tests until he figured out my problem . I am extremely grateful.

Called on 10 August to schedule an appointment. I received one for today, 5 September at 2 PM. Today, I call to reconfirm as I have not heard from anyone. The lady on the phone states I am not on the schedule. She says she did not make appointment. She asked me who made it. Really? She says she can schedule me for 5 Oct, do I want it? Not a way to do business, called my insurance company and got another referral to a different doctor. Good Office Management is critical to any business, especially medical. It says a lot if you make an appointment a month out, and the day of appointment, you are told you are not even on the schedule and asked to provide proof.
