Urology Partners have no communication methods
I am a current patient. I had to go to an emergency center for a UTI. I have been trying to make a follow up appointment to no avail. The answering system keeps you on hold for an ungodly amount of time and then you are disconnected. This happened at last five times. I finally was able to leave a message but have not received a call back. I am on a maintenance antibiotic and need to know if I should go back on it. I can’t access my patient portal and there is no information on how to get into it on their website. There is no option for a representative if you have a simple question. I have never dealt with such an unprofessional office. Obviously, they do not want to pay for additional staff to man the phones for the convenience of their patients. I am beyond angry and frustrated.
