Switched because of staff
Loved Dr McEwan but switched to a different pediatrician because of the staff, especially nurse Katrina. She’s very rude, loud and just obnoxious. Overall, she’s just not a nice person and shouldn’t be working with children. I hope the owners review their staff training and how to treat patients.

Find somewhere else to take your children
Rude and obnoxious front desk staffer. Completely dismissive, and patronizing. So much so that the other woman at the front desk was mortified. Practitioner misdiagnosed my child. Save your time and money and find a practice that has respect for their patients and their families. It was horryifing.

I’m giving this place 2 stars because we liked dr. Benitez and dr. McEwan and these 2 practitioners are why we put up with this place as long as we did. The staff is horrendous: absolutely INCOMPETENT, dismissive, and rude. Long wait times & dirty examination rooms. Save yourself the time and frustration and find another practice.
