Totally irresponsible
And yet another horrible experience with BHMNIBR. I am so disgusted with this practice that I am going to find a doctor who will actually help me with my head injury and won't keep neglecting me as my window for effective rehab is dwindling.This practice makes appointments with drastically long follow-up dates (about 9 months) and then they cancel the appointments. They have made me miss valuable brain rehab time and have done nothing for me to date. They also lost my Alzheimer's blood work and haven't done a thing to get it rescheduled.This is a dangerous practice to engage with and reflects poorly on Baptist Health.Presently, all of my Dr's and medical procedures are with Boca Regional Baptist Health. I may well have to reassess this.
