I have been a patient of Emily Finegan for more than 5 years and after the office deciding to charge a 'concierge' fee, I just can't recommend their office any more. I was told there's no money in primary care and this is why they are doing this. I was just in the office for my yearly physical in July, and I can't even get my prescriptions refilled because the paperwork required by my insurance isn't being sent by this office because I refuse to pay this fee. I already pay $400 a month for my health insurance and I can't justify the extra 'membership' fee. There are a lot of primary care doctors to choose from in south Florida, and I recommend finding one who isn't charging $2,500 just to stay a patient. I really thought this practice cared about their patients but being dropped like this has left a bad taste in my mouth.

I’ve been going to Emily for over ten years and wouldn’t even consider going anywhere else. Emily has been a lifeline for me at many times. When I was informed that the office was going concierge, it was a no brained for me. Even though it was a bit of a strain financially, it was worth it.

My husband and I as well as our family have been going there for years. When they decided to go concierge, we did not hesitate to join and stay with the practice. They have always treated us with respect and in a very caring manner. I would never consider going somewhere else. It is the best if the best for us.

I called to make appt 2 months or so ago. The person who answered the phone said they were going concierge in June, and that it would cost $2500.00 a year. Why didn't you contact us. Now my husband and I have to find another doctor. Shameful
