Every time I visit this office I am in & out but they take as much time as I need to answer all of my questions. I’ve never had such caring doctors

My husband and I had to find new medical care after our Primary Physician stopped seeing patients. Lucky for us we found Shaw Medical and Dr. Carmencita Shaw. Our first visit was lengthy because she took the time to listen to my husbands extensive medical background and mine also. She is very conscious of keeping ALL of my husbands doctors informed of his bloodwork and other tests so that everyone is on the same page at all times. She goes over test results line by line, informs you of what each test is for and describes in detail what may or may not need to be done. Explains your medicines and writes down on a piece of paper how and how much to take when there is a change and gives you that piece of paper rather than just hoping you remember. We have found her through, empathic, and detail orientated and her office staff is caring and proficient.

The office & Dr Shaw were great in their old office (why I gave 2 stars). However, since moving to the new office it’s been terrible!!They were willing to risk me having a seizure due to a “new policy” the Dr didn’t mention or know about the day before during my visit??Pity. I’m going elsewhere & taking my husband with me.
