No compassion or understanding
My wife has been dealing with a kidney stone for over a month. Her primary referred her to Uro Medix in Aventura. She made an appt. For the following week and took time off from work to attend. Upon her arrival, she was told that their internet was down and that they couldn’t verify her insurance information, and therefore, could not be seen by a doctor. My wife explained that she’s been dealing with a kidney stone for over a month, but this fell on deaf ears. She even offered to pay out of pocket and be reimbursed once they verified the insurance info, but no dice. No understanding or compassion towards patients. Do yourself a favor and stay away from Uro Medix Aventura.
