Dropping Insurance Blue Cross Blue Shield
Called to make appoint and to get my scripts refilled. Lady(and i use the term loosely) on phone not pleasant very rude. Takes my name and says sorry no longer take your insurance, find another doctor and hung up. NO sorry we no longer accept your insurance just find another dr. Very Very disappointed, have been a patient there over 7 years. Now it seems with that office, once you turn 50 they no longer want to see you. Takes for ever for an appointment then once you get one you wait 45mins after your appt time before you see anyone.
