Visit for a referral back on 11-6 on 11-26 still no referral for a specialist. Called office for an update on the referral waited 31mins. no one answered. I redialed at 2:44 pm still waiting. I think they are over booking appointments & too busy to handle the phones. I may have to go in person just to get some sort of an answer. In need of a referral for a special before the end of the year before the new cycle starts. This waiting time is how they say NO BUENO

They don't answer the phone and they don't send the formula to the pharmacy. They make you waste your time. Dr. Colon is very arrogant.

I waited almost three hours to be seen by the doctor. This is very disrespectful to not consider a patient's time. I was left in a room for almost two hours. I was getting stressed out and very impatient, I was there by myself. I had health concerns and made an appointment for this reason. I finally get out of the room and asked them if they forgot about me. I kept reminding them that I was there. I saw a lot of patients came in and out, they were seen by the doctor except me. I decided to leave without any resolution neither the doctor saw me for my health concerns. All patients should be a priority. I hope this doesn't happen to you but, I totally don't recommend this medical group. I'm upset because all the time wasted and the lady at the front desk asked me if I can come in another day prior to leaving. really? after waiting almost three hours. Totally not worth it. They don't respect your time and again patients should be a priority no matter what excuses they bring to you
