Delaware Eye Clinics

I had my annual eye exam yesterday at Delaware Eye Clinic. Once again I was so impressed with this entire office. It runs like a well oiled machine and from the receptionist at check in to the technicians in each area and, of course, the Doctor every single person was so professional and extremely friendly. Whatever their business model is it works! Dr. Smith went above and beyond, addressing and helping me with a medical issue that was only mildly associated with my eye health. One of the few practices in Sussex County I don’t mind going to each year.

Dr Smith was excellent. Very thorough. He made me feel comfortable. Explained everything in detail.

Friendly professional staff. Haven't had to wait for extended length of time to get an appointment. Convenient location.

My husband and I have been Dr. Jaoude, and Dr. Smith's patients for 15 years. We have had professional, caring and expert eye care for all this time. We have been provided with not only expert care, but compassionate understanding when needed. The Staff is wonderful, efficient, easy to work with, and caring. My recommendation of this facility is unqualified in all respects.

I arrived for my appointment a little early and found the doors locked for a staff meeting. Doors opened after a few minutes and so many people started streaming in that I braced myself for a long wait. I was totally wrong. The front office staff processed everyone quickly and pleasantly. I didn’t wait long before being called back for testing and my appointment with Dr. Jaoude. I was done and out of the office so much faster than I originally thought. I received excellent care that included showing me images of my eyes and a full explanation followed by a care plan. Every staff member I had contact with was efficient and pleasant.

The friendliness of the staff, efficient and loved how the doctor explained results thoroughly. Recent wait times. The facility is well lit and clean. If I needed someone to help with eye issues this is the practice I would trust with my eyes.

Seen on time, thorough, competent and compassionate. I ask for nothing more and demand nothing less. Don't take your eyes for granted have them evaluated on a regular basis by a competent Ophthalmologic Surgeon- do not wait until you can not see.

The staff are knowledgeable and efficient. The technicians put the patients through their paces gathering important data for the doctors who continue the examination and gather additional information asking and answering questions of and for the patients. An air of trust fills the examination and treatment areas. Take yourself and your eyes here for the best of care!

They are caring of my time and always fully explain any procedure. When they diagnosed my Macular Degeneration, they quickly got me an appointment with a Retina specialist. They may have saved the sight in my left eye. We are fortunate to have this group nearby.

Staff in front and inside patient rooms caring and friendly.Dr Jaoude was thorough in explaining our care, etc. He made us feel important and was friendly in nature.
