Very unresponsive and no help

I suffered from severe acid reflux for about 5 months. It took 2 months for an appointment The PA said he was going to get it under control , gave me a stronger PPI and told me to call it wasn't working. It didn't work, when I called I got an answering mahing left a message and no one got back to me. Finally got through and they scheduled an endoscopy for Dec and Doc says no cancer no polyps and come back in 5 years. I get home and read the paper he gacve me it says I have gastritus, diverticulosis. So I call back to find ouw how severe and what I should do. Again no one calls me back. The office is terrible, they never call back and the PAs do not follow up with you.
