Beware, they will neglect you like no other
I just received a phone call from Kent pulmonary. ?They wanted to me to make an appointment. I’m totally baffled. When I had cancer in my lung, they wouldn’t call me to tell me. Now a year after I have my cancer removed they’re going to call me to make an appointment. When I went into Kent pulmonary I had no idea I had lung cancer. When I left Kent pulmonary that day, I still had no idea I had lung cancer. It was 6 1/2 long months before my primary told me I had lung cancer. I called back to Kent pulmonary and after extensive searching they said yes I do have lung cancer. The reason they didn’t tell me it’s because my husband broke his neck and I could not come in for an appointment...... ??? My dearest, Kent pulmonary that didn’t help me, and did not care of me. Do not call me again you are no longer my doctor. I have taken all my records from your practice. It’s very disturbing to answer the phone when it’s Kent pulmonary!!
