This might be a good place to get dental work done, but only if money is no object, and clear and consistent communication is no object either. What I was told orally about billing and insurance never matched what actually happened. I was given an estimate in which I was supposed to pay 2700 dollars, and insurance would cover another 1000. It was surprising to me that I’d have to pay so much out of pocket, since I had two active dental insurance policies. But orally, they reassured me that this was the official estimate, but probably a larger chunk would be reimbursed. After the procedure, weeks passed…I heard nothing about a refund. I looked at my insurance statements online, and saw that even less was covered than the estimate.
