Number one when you call to set up an appointment or anything they don’t answer the phone when you get there. They’re very nasty when you tell the doctor what’s wrong with you. She never provide you the right medicine. I have high blood pressure. I’ve been waiting on my medicine for two months. Go to the doctors office and they tell me the doctor is not there today. When I asked if they can just send my medicine to the pharmacy they tell me no every time you come there you see a different doctor there is no good communication with the the people who worked there ho can I make a complaint

I have had multiple issues here at this location. The first issue was Dr. Williams calling me with test results 2 months later. Last week I had a appointment, I arrive to my appointment 30 minutes early. Closer to my appointment time I got my vitals taken and they told me to wait in the room for the doctor. I sat in the room for 1 hour before I went back to the receptionist desk. I go to the receptionist desk and she proceeds to let me know that the doctor is taking the clients who's appointments were after mine. She went to talk to the doctor (Natalie) about it and she tells her she has 2 more clients before me. I go back to the room and wait, the receptionist came into the room and said she found a different doctor and the doctor will be in shortly. I waited another 45 minutes before I got up and just walked out.
