Don’t answer phone & don’t respond

I have tried calling this office multiple times and no one answers. Their automated message just keeps sending me in a loop. I have tried every day for over a week, by phone & through MyChart to get someone there to FAX or call in a prescription, without success. Wish I knew who the office manager was and how to reach them, but that info is not readily available.
