UPDATE
(see other review for Part 1 from me) (UPDATE) After several more weeks of dealing with this, I have reached a satisfactory resolution and my bill was zeroed out. However, this is after literally dozens of attempts with at least 4 different people in the office who said they were going to "forward this to the Lab Director" and receiving no follow-up. I managed to wheedle an email to said Lab Director, who actually wrote back and said, "Honestly, that is the first I’ve heard of this and after three or four more cc’d emails, it looked like it had been rectified..." Absolute, total, utter mismanagement by seemingly everyone there.
