Not very understanding, care more about money
I have been going to the Trumbull office for years and never missed an appointment. I missed one appointment and was told they would waive the fee. Unfortunately, I missed the next appointment and was told I would be assessed the $50 fee. I had rescheduled and I was told they wanted the fee paid before appointment. As it was 5 days away, I explained I could not pay at that time; I asked if they would bill me. I was told no, I needed to pay it. They wanted to reschedule again. My medication is running low, and I would run out before I could pay the fee. I was told to go to the walk-in if I had a problem. So, apparently, all they care about is money before their patients' health needs. I cancelled my appointment and will not be going back. In the past if I was not having a problem but needed my medications refilled, they make you come into the office before refilling, just to get you in there for an office visit to bill insurance. All about money!

I was at this office recently and I give 5 plus stars. The front desk were so welcoming and friendly. Answer all my questions and greeting with a smile. The doctor was also awesome. I will definitely recommend to family and friends.

Great experience and very nice staff!
The whole process was very smooth for my 9 month old daughter and me. Everyone was cheerful, nice, organized, and communicated efficiently. I really appreciate everyone ensuring the appointment happened on time and smoothly.

Administrative personnel rude and inconsiderated
I used to like this practice but today was a disgrace. After questionning why I have to leave my Credit Card information in record, the front desk person was very dissapointed with me, aggressive in her body language and directed me to meet the office manager. The office manager, Joyce begun yelling at me, demanding, in terrible, aggresive tone of voice that she needs my CC right now due to many, many unpaid bills by me as well as she tried to call me, email me, bill me and I have ignored these bills. She told me that if I don’t leave a CC she will take my son out of the office right there and provide no service for him. I consented to give her my CC and after five minutes, she realized she made a mistake. I felt humillated not only by the person at the counter but by this woman confronting me without proper information, managerial training and consideration treating me badly because her own confussion. My balance is zero and has been zero for long time. After many years, goodbye.

The nurse practitioner saw my daughter on-time and quickly got to the heart of her persistent congestion and some of the behaviors that contribute to it. She proposed some reasonable solutions and paths for further investigation and we both felt seen/heard. Nice bedside manner while still being n-nonsense. All possible Covid precautions were taken.
