1/22/22 - telephone appointment (not telehealth). "Doctor" J. Satinover informed me he was a PHARMACOLOGICAL psychiatrist only, having never informed me of this during our first two telephone appointments. None of the information on his website states that is ONLY what he is. I am going through a severe and debilitating medical condition which has me in psychological crisis as I described to him. He informed me he was going to renew my prescriptions and "wished me well" after I had told him I do not want to live the life I have and asked for his direction in finding help! When I began to protest, stating I was never told he ONLY was a pharmacological psychiatrist, he actually HUNG UP the phone! Is this someone that should be treating people who have mental illnesses, crises and challenges? I think not. Very despicable.
