The staff here are incredibly rude, unkind, and lacking in compassion. I was given the incorrect address when booking, and ended up at the wrong location 15 minutes before my appointment. I quickly called to explain what happened and to tell them I was en-route, but would be be a few minutes late. The woman I spoke to was extremely rude off the bat, and said I'd have to reschedule if I arrived more than 10 minutes late. I arrived at the front desk at 9:07 and was checked in by another person who was equally rude and immediately told me I needed to reschedule. I explained that the person I spoke to previously said I'd only have to reschedule if I was more than 10 minutes late, which I was not. I also spent 25 minutes painstakingly completing their lengthy online check-in the night before. None of that mattered and she said I'd need to reschedule. Now I'm going to run out of a prescription I've been on for a decade. If this is how they treat new patients, I don't want to be one.
