I seen Rumley 8 months ago for lower back pain and the evaluation visit lasted just 5 minutes ? He requested a MRI on my neck and lower back. The next visit he requested physical therapy be performed until insurance okayed injections. Rumley never physically gave me an evaluation? What he did do is refer me to Dr Leo for injections which made my nightmare worse! Dr Leo was horrible and a hour late for my appointment. Why does Rumley send patients to Leo when he knows his history of being late like Leo’s staff knows?? Well I moved on from Leo to Dr Patel which he also performed injection’s from Rumley’s diagnosis . Well I still have pain in my back and Patel refuses to take responsibility saying that it was Rumley diagnosis? I reached out to Rumley’s team and YES I very Upset and no ONE has reached out to me? So Rumley is no different than Leo or Patel and refuses responsibility! So 8 months later here I am with a number of doctor bills in same position when I first saw Rumley !!!!
