Avoid this Place

1- Went to ER to have shoulder reduced after falling and dislocating my shoulder. Asked what medications they were giving me. Shocked to find on insurance bill they gave me a med they did not inform me of.2- Ortho PA - The rudest medical provider I have ever seen. False documentation in notes. 3- Ortho MD Perez - Had to beg for more pain medication altho he did not want me to continue taking ibuprofen.4- Ortho DO Jones - Said he would order more physical therapy and pain medication. But it has been almost a week and he never ordered them! Left several messages and no one ever called me back.Unbelievable how bad this place is. Left messages for Patent Advocate who never called me back. I am changing my treatment to a clinic in Frisco.
