We visited the Pueblo Pulmonologist office on 8 October 21. We seen the nurse practitioner Kati Foechterie. She Prescribed oxygen. We still don’t have the oxygen due to the incompetence of the staff in the office. We have called and asked to talk to the nurse practitioner. They say she doesn’t have time for us and we cannot speak to her. The person that is supposed to be going through TRICARE is sending the medical records to the VA. We don’t deal with the VA. We have TRICARE. She says it’s so hard to deal with TRICARE.
