After my third visit within a month, I was told they would get authorization for an MRI and send my order in right away. One week later, I called to check on the status. First, I was lied to and told that it was sent to the hospital and authorized. After checking with the hospital, this was not true. When I called them back they said they just now were beginning to get the authorization. Completely lied to me the first time. When I asked why nothing had been done for over a week, I was told that I was being disrespectful and maybe I should go somewhere else if I didn't like what they were doing
