Frustrated & very disappointed
My visit was for what I consider severe chronic sinus issues. The physician had me get a cat scan that found basically nothing. Also recommended I stop taking decongestants. That was it. Long story short I felt like I’m not being heard. I’m in the process of looking for an ent physician that will be willing to actually help me. Probably in Denver.

Z plasty
Had a z-plasty a couple years back. Originally was told that it would cost around $2000 out of pocket. Somehow this team was able to get it covered and I only had to pay a copay. Now my daughter is needing a tonsillectomy and there’s nowhere I’d rather take her.

My family has been coming here for years. They have helped us with our health problems each time. They take our symptoms seriously and help us find a solution.

Admin and office staff are terrible
They canceled a surgery that was in the books for months. They canceled it 6 days before hand because they didn't check insurance until then. I do not have time in my life to reschedule things due to administrative negligence. I have been running 106 degree fevers since January, this tonsillectomy really needed to happen

Disorganized & WAY more expensive than other ENTs
During intake I asked for the bill, was told 'there isn't one'. I pushed, asking if there was a copay/coinsurance and what the charges would be. I was assured there wasn't any. I figured I must have been fully at my deductible and let it be. I saw the Dr. and he told me the surgery coordinator would call in a couple days. After calling in every few days I finally heard back 3 weeks later. Schedule wasn't even close to what the receptionist said was possible before setting the appointment. A couple days later I get a bill for $1,081. $554.89 out of pocket. $497 for patient intake. It was 10 minutes of paperwork. $584 for a nasal endoscopy. 15 minute visit where the Dr. looked up my nose to confirm what existing records already said. I had the same intake and procedure at UCHealth ENT in the area. $222 total for the intake and a 30 minute consult. Yes, I know that's an insurance thing. But Alpine refused to adjust the bill despite failing to meet basic expectations throughout.

Great providers, horrible staff
The providers are very knowledgeable, but trying to get any paperwork (medical records, receipts) is a nightmare. The staff is also very unhelpful and unfriendly. I would recommend going to any other ENT in the area.
