Rocky Mtn Pediatric Gastroenterology

My toddler saw Dr. Hadley at this location. While we really liked him personally, he didn't spend a lot of time with her/us at her appointments and was near impossible to schedule with because his patient load is too overfull. He ultimately doesn't seem to have been knowledgeable enough to treat our daughter, as her new GI solved the issue he could not. Mostly though the office is just terrible. When blood work results came in, no one let's you know or really wants to discuss them with you in depth. I've also called more than 16 times for a billing issue and my insurance company has tried as well. I got a call back once, but beyond that, all 8+ of my voicemails to the billing department and all 4+ voicemails with office managers have gone unanswered.
