CarePoint Neurosurgery

I am in the midst of an acute neurological back issue, an extruded disc by MRI causing pressure on a nerve causing significant leg pain. I attempted to phone the practice to obtain an opinion from Dr. Kimball. No human answered and I was to press [1] for a new patient. No human responded. I was to leave a message for a return call having stated my issue was acute. I needed a return call ASAP. The next day a voicemail was left for me to again call their office. I was at an outpatient surgery center receiving nerve root injections at the time of their return call. I attempted three subsequent times to reach a human being at their office and reached a recording asking for me to leave a message. 36 hours later after no return call I was finally able to reach a human and was told that Dr. Kimball would be able to see me for my acute issue one month from my call. I cannot suggest seeing anyone at this practice given the difficulty reaching a human and their lack of concern for an acute issue
