Go somewhere else. They were running late when I showed up to my appointment but never mentioned it to me when I checked in. I sat in the waiting room for 30 minutes until I was called back. Then sat in the room for another 10 minutes after the nurse said the doctor would be in shortly. I had to poke my head out the door to get someone's attention as I had to leave shortly. Because they were 45 minutes late to my appointment, it was rushed. I asked for a skin tag removal, the nurse said the doctor would let me know if I would be charged. NEVER said anything about charging me, removed it and then I get a bill that I have to pay for a 5-10 second procedure. Played phone tag with the office manager Jessica which was useless. The nurse claimed that I had two removed which is a straight lie as it was only the one. The office staff needs to do better caring for their patients and making the time to actually see them. DO NOT GO HERE. I had great experience with the office in Lowry. Unfortunat
