Valley Surgical is the best in town. Dr Case is so kind and extremely knowledgeable & thorough. His staff is super kind and efficient. My experiences with this office have been great. They helped me and can help you too. Give them a call

I’m sure Dr. Case would’ve been great, but I wouldn’t know because Lisa, a receptionist, is incredibly cruel, disrespectful, and rude. She pointed out my mother’s skin (by saying she needed a better skincare routine), belittled her, and yelled at her like she was a child. She refused to refund my mother her money for months when she and her insurance paid (so they were double paid). She cancelled all of her appointments when my mother called to cancel only one. She said “I was doing you a favor by making these appointments in advance”. She initially refused to send my mother records when she asked, but finally did after my mom insisted. There are many other instances of Lisa’s nastiness, but I won’t make this review several paragraphs long.For this being a medical facility, there was absolutely zero compassion and warmth. It’s too bad that Dr. Case lost a patient because his receptionist is so rude
