Very deceptive billing practices!!! They push to have the consultation and procedure the same day that way there is not time to verify what your insurance actually covers. I was asked if I wanted to be sedated for my procedure was told it would only be a few dollars more and later found out that it was actually close to $500 more because my insurance company did not cover it. I asked Shay if she has seen this before and she said "this happens all the time" They know certain procedures will not be covered but they knowingly tell you they will. STAY AWAY or check with your insurance first. Do not believe a word they say. Read the other reviews out there.
