First-Timer
When I first walked into the place, almost a year ago, the first thing that popped into my head was, 'WOW I can't afford this place'... LOL! Everything that you could imagine a high-priced, high-quality, respectable establishment would look like and act like was present. After the initial consultation, I knew their asking price was going to be high. But, in all fairness, it's not like I was just simply having a cleaning done... LOL! After some time went by, and some phone tag between me, my insurance company, and Stacey at Altura... in the end I didn't have to pay a single cent out of pocket. The best part is that they knew I was totally scared and nervous about this whole thing and let my girlfriend stay in the room the whole time as comfort. A personal thank you to Dr. Hong and her right-hand nurse lady person. And a special thank you to Stacey. Happy New Year.
