Absolutely worst business practice
Went in for my annual skin cancer check and this year my insurance covered it as preventative so no out of pocket. I advised the scheduling agent and front desk of this. Appt itself was rushed and not through by PA Jonathan and then they did not bill the insurance correctly and send me a bill for $131. Months of me contacting them and they refuse to fix it or even call me back. My health advocate had the same result after 2 months. Looking at online reviews this is common with this practice. They should be avoided.
