Conifer Medical Center is Subpar as reviews show. Office staff will lie to you & if you challenge them they say 'don't raise your voice to me' but I record all phone conversations & play their conversation for my doctor & laugh. The referral department is horrible, referring me to 1.5 star doctors that reviews say AVOID so never take a referral from them. They do not give you the healthcare you deserve. If that isn't enough after calling 4 times to billing to get them to bill my secondary but they never did & sent me to collections, I even emailed doctors about this. -- AVOID CONIFER MEDICAL CENTER

I have to agree with the sentiments of previous reviewers regarding the office staff and their ability to be polite and professional. Previously a patient at the Conifer office and decided to try the Evergreen office after a few less than friendly interactions with Maggie. Now, the Evergreen office has an older woman who works there (back left) at reception desk who I personally witnessed rudely deflect blame on the patient for her misplacing paperwork and then snap at another woman at check in. What is wrong with this group? Providers seem great but customer service is essential!
