The doctors are top notch, especially Dr. Galloway, but this place is about to fail due to lack of administrative staffing. My wife's first visit had a dozen angry people all vying for the attention of one overworked and stressed office person. The appointment was had, an hour late. Now it's time to schedule surgery. "someone will call you soon" - over a week ago. It is impossible to reach a human via telephone or electronically. The phone tree dumps you directly into a "telephone triage" voice mail box - no response after 2 days. My wife got an email saying "we know we're having problems with the phone, click here for help" - again, no response after 2 days. Wife's medical issues are beginning to impact her ability to breathe normally. I'd hate to end up in the ER for want of a simple call back by someone sitting in front of a calendar, but that may be where we're headed.
