They do not listen to patient concerns :(
I went in for an emergency visit because I was experiencing eye strain and headaches. I asked them to check my vision as it felt like my astigmatism had changed in some way. The doctor (Tracy Aigner) refused to see if my prescription had changed. Just said I had ocular migraine and sent me on my way. Could not be any less bothered with me or my symptoms. She had no recommendations for what I can do to deal with the headaches and eye strain. Needless to say, I went to a different facility to get my eye exam, and my prescription had definitely changed as I suspected. I have new glasses now and doing much better, no thanks to Dr. Tracy. Quite disappointed.
