Arrogant, dismissive and unprofessional...one of the worst medical offices I have ever been to. I was referred for the removal of a Xanthelasma by another dermatologist. When I called to make the appointment, the first question I asked is if they accepted my insurance. They said yes, but that they had no appointments available for 5 months. I was clear what the appointment was for, and they had received the diagnosis from the other dermatologist. When the time finally rolled around for my appointment I arrived to find out the doctor was sick, and nobody had notified me. Instead of apologizing to me, they argued that they had notified me. I had driven 1/2 hour for the appointment. Rude, uncaring and unremorseful but they scheduled me for a few days later. Since I had waited so long, I acceptd the appointment... upon arrival and getting into the examining room, they reviewed the information I had provided and then the nurse came back and informed me that they did not take my insurance
