Horrible
THE worst hospital I've ever been to. I've never encountered such a rude, disinterested staff. They have a lot of nerve using the words 'community' and 'health' in their title. I don't think they know the meaning of either word. Instead of being treated, you get treated like dirt. If you complain, you get a lame form letter that doesn't resolve anything. They just don't care. I live in Boulder, but if I need to go to a hospital, I make every effort to go somewhere else. That's how UNSAFE I feel at BCH. The whole place should be bulldozed to the ground.

Costs 10x of what actual hospitals charge
They billed our insurance $33k for the two of us to receive../ a vaccine. A VACCINE!! They billed us twice the “facility” charge as if we were in separate rooms talking to different people. I had a problem with them quoting me 8x for another procedure, and that doctor was really pushy and dumb. Couldn’t do simple math so she misrepresented the expected outcome. I really dodged a bullet on that one. Pathetic. Incompetent. How dare you.
