Horrible experience
Utterly unprofessional. I had an initial telehealth session scheduled for 8:30 this morning. At the appointed time, I could not log into their system. Over the course of a half-hour I tried repeatedly but could not gain access. (Over the years, I've routinely and successfully logged into Zoom and similar sessions; I'm not a technophobe.)Five minutes in, interspersed between those attempts, I texted them a sentence about my predicament. No response. A few minutes later, I telephoned. Waited 11 minutes, and nobody answered. At that point the voicemail system enabled me to leave a detailed voicemail message, which I did. After a few more minutes, having not heard back, I called again and opted or an automatic callback. There was never a callback. After giving up (having wasted a half-hour), I drove to the Boulder office, where the receptionist offered no empathy, let alone an apology. I asked about some sort of follow-up or rescheduling, but she offered no help. She said, 'They d

Run!!!
I've had 5 overnight sleep studies cancelled due to prior auth not done, or no staffing. They are extremely incompetent; they don't return calls and many are rude. I honestly don't even know how they are still in business. Avoid the stress and frustration and go elsewhere.

Horrible
The office staff are incompetent, rude and dishonest. You can't depend on them to get your CPAP supplies, but they're sure good at blame-shifting and giving people the run-around. Yet I'm supposed to trust them with my life? Don't think so!

Horrible!
Horrible customer service. Unresponsive. Does not return calls. They display a level of incompetence that is astonishing for a medical office. Run do not walk to another sleep specialist.

Seriously - do you yourself a favor - find someone
While I am aware that this review may appear sensationalistic, and a bit dramatic, - I assure you it’s not. Quite simply, this has been the very worst medical customer experience I have experienced in my 57 years. So terrible it’s been, —-I will not trust the results of 2 hospital studies and Therefore, I am seeking another MD’s interpretations. I can’t help but to wonder if this is a “Sham organization ” -perhaps making kickbacks on equipment sales and thus their recommendations for buying devices. One thing I know as fact having been a “Patient” for over a year and still have never met with an MD. Patient care is not their priority! So in essence - They are more concerned with money and ROi, - and patient care in stunningly incompetent in my opinion - after a year with this group. Find another Sleep MD - you can’t imagine how much less stress you will encounter ! Good luck, and hope this proves helpful. There is NO WORSE healthcare provider
It is difficult to get an appointment. You will sit around their waiting room ignored. Once seen, you will have no way to follow up with your doctor. If you have a CPAP machine, It is impossible to talk to anyone to get supplies. They don't return phone calls. They don't answer the phone in a reasonable time period. They have set up their system to do only one thing efficiently: Bill You. If you have ANY other alternative, including not treating your sleep disorder, you are better off.

The worst health care provider in Colorado
This organization has the worst customer service of any health organization I have ever encountered. They do not answer their phones, they miss appointments, they don't call back for 2 to 3 weeks. They are grossly understaffed with their

Time to change
I can't imagine a worse customer service experience. The staff and doctors are all good...once you get hold of a human. There is no way to contact anyone directly with any concerns. Do NOT go there, I am taking my business elsewhere.

This organization is so poorly run - you'll be on hold for literally an hour if you call them, their scheduling will keep you in limbo for months, and they make an effort to get every dollar out of you that they can before giving you the equipment you need.

If there is a worst organization in the health care industry in Denver, I don't know of it. Have you ever dealt with the Post Office or the DMV? Well, the Colorado Sleep Institute is worse. I didn't think that was possible. The absolute worst customer service of any industry I've experienced. let's say you are badly in need of a sleep doctor. Good luck! On any given day available appointments — even in Telemedicine — are four to six weeks out. And there is no negotiating. You can beg and plead and it won't help. Even if you are an existing customer. Hell, you can't even pick up basic supplies like a face mask for your CPAP without an appointment. I once dropped into the Boulder office to buy a hose and a mask. You can see them stacked behind the customer service desk. Nope. Can't even give them your money for equipment that needs no adjusting or special calibration without an appointment. And don't even get me started on this company's idea of communication.
