Terrible experience

I had a terrible experience at this dentist. Wish I had read the y e l p reviews and seen the BBB rating of F. Unsanitary, incompetent and rude is how I would describe my visit. When I arrived to my routine cleaning, the hygienist had no idea how to work the equipment. She picked up items she had dropped on the ground then put her fingers in my mouth!!! I had to ask at one point that she change her gloves. The process was exceedingly long for a routine cleaning and x-rays. 9 months after this awful visit, I get a bill for $133. My insurance always covers routine visits, so I have no idea how Boulder Dental Center messed up the claim. Avoid this awful business.
